  • 8 to 9 boiled eggs 
  • Cumin seeds 
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chili powder
  • Salt
  • Whole spices – 
  1. 3 Cloves 
  2. Half inch Cinnamon
  3. 3 Cardamoms 
  4. 6 black pepper made into powder 
  • 5 medium-sized onions cut into pieces
  • 2 tomatoes cut into pieces 
  • Half inch ginger 
  • 5 cloves of garlic

To fry the eggs 

  • Give a longitudinal cut to all the boiled eggs on all sides 
  • Heat a pan and add the following 
  1. 1 teaspoon oil
  2. Turmeric powder half teaspoon 
  3. Half teaspoon red chili powder 
  4. Half teaspoon salt
  5. Toss the eggs with the cuts keeping the flame on medium
  6. Fry the eggs till they turn golden brown

EGG CURRY FOR CHAPATHI

Ingredients

  • 7 boiled and peeled eggs
  • 7 onions
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilly powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Cinnamon 1 inch
  • Cardamom 6 to 8
  • Cloves 3 to 4
  • Coriander seeds
  • Ginger 1 / 2 inch
  • Garlic 6 to 7 cloves
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Cashew nuts 10

Process  

  • Deskin tomatoes and make a puree
  • Put 10 cashews in warm water in a bowl and let them soak. Keep aside

To Make Masala 

  • Heat a pan
  • Add 1 teaspoon of oil
  • Take 2 onions roughly cut and saute
  • Add cinnamon 1 inch
  • Add cardamom 6
  • To this add cloves 4
  • Coriander seeds to be added 1 teaspoon full
  •  1 / 2-inch ginger
  • 6 cloves
  • Fry till pink in color
  • Remove let it cool
  • Grind in a mixer to a smooth paste
  • Keep aside

Grind the soaked Cashew nuts kept aside in a mixer Keep aside

Frying Eggs 

  • Heat a pan
  • Add 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  •  A teaspoon red chili powder
  •  Garam Masala to be added 1 teaspoon full
  • Saute
  • Add Boiled Eggs
  • Fry for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Remove
  • Keep aside

For Gravy

  • Take a wok
  • Add 4 teaspoon of oil and 2 teaspoons of Ghee
  • Add cumin seeds
  • Let them splutter
  • Once done add 5 onions cut into small pieces
  • Let it cook
  • Sprinkle Water
  • Then add Half teaspoon turmeric powder
  • One teaspoon red chili powder to be added
  • Now add tomato puree which is kept aside
  • Cook till oil separates
  • Now add water
  • Salt
  • Half teaspoon sugar
  • Add masala
  • Mix well
  • Let it cool
  • Now add fried eggs
  • Add Cashew nuts paste
  • Cook for five minutes
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
