- 4 to 5 boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes
- half teaspoon turmeric powder
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Half inch ginger
- 3 green chilies
- 7 to 8 slices of bread with edges cut
- 3 onions medium-sized cut in small pieces
- Coriander leaves
- Curry leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- Half teaspoon cumin seeds powder
- Red chili powder add half tea spoon.
- Also add Half teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon oil
Preparation of Bread Roll Recipe
- Make a coarse paste of half-inch ginger, five cloves of garlic, and three green chilies in a mixer keep aside
